Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Elver account and navigate to your order history to select the tech items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
